Mufti Allama Khalilur Rahman Jihadi was born on April 5, 1983 in Musa village of Kishoreganj upazila of Nilphamari district. He was the 5th among 8 sons and daughters of father Maulana Abdur Rahman and mother Nabijan Nesha. He 1960 AD. He was born in the family of Hazrat Maulana Fakir Musa Shah (after whom Musa village was named) the younger brother of Hazrat Maulana Fakir Majnu Shah, the leading figure of the Fakir Rebellion movement. His education was done in a village school. Later he passed out from Musa Battala Government Primary School in 5th standard with talent pool scholarship. From childhood, he was very talented and very brave as well as a rebellious voice. His determination was to be educated in Islamic education as the successor of Islamic scholars. So he got admission in Syedpur Jamiatul Arabiya Islamia Madrasa of the same district. From there, Meshkat Sharif passed the exam with distinction. He then moved to distant Chittagong for higher education. Al-Jamiatul Islamia Lalkhan Bazar from Chittagong passed the Dawarae Hadith or Master’s Equivalent Examination with honors. He then moved to the famous Darul Uloom Deoband in distant India for higher education in Islamic law. There he obtained his first degree in Islamic law, returned to Bangladesh and began extensive research. In addition, he obtained a master’s degree in Arabic language and literature from Chittagong International University.

During his career he worked in numerous organizations with dedication, reputation and efficiency. He works as Daei Ilallah of “Revival of Heritage Society, Kuwait” run by the Government of Kuwait. Later served as Principal of Pabna Jamia Rahmaniya. While performing his duties, he dreamed of Al-Quran Preaching Organization (AQPO) Bangladesh. The journey begins. After that, the Bengali translated Quran was distributed to various schools, colleges, madrasas in Natore Rajshahi, Kushtia Pabna. This is how the activities of Al-Qur’an Al-Quran Preaching Organization began.

Al-Quran Preaching Organization (AQPO) in Bangladesh was established in 2009 with the aim of officially realizing the dream. Along with research, he works day and night for the company. He undertook various initiatives to advance the backward groups of the society. Undertake various programs to advance the neglected sections of the society including disabled, hijras and bashfors, harijans, marginalized groups. They provide employment through training and financial assistance.

He went to the houses of the poor and helpless people of the village and arranged tubewells and toilets. He collected money from the rich people of the society and arranged houses, clothes and food for the poor. Create employment opportunities for unemployed youth by providing training. In 2015, AQPO Bangladesh also got official approval and registration to work in Nilphamari district of Bangladesh. In 2017, the transition was approved to operate nationwide. and established 19 handicapped schools and rehabilitation centers. 1 Disability Resource Center, 150 Qur’an Education Centers. 3 sewing machine training centers, 26 beautiful mosques and numerous social welfare institutions. Currently, he is working as the founding chairman of AQPO Bangladesh.

Mufti Allama Khalilur Rahman Jihadi is the name of a person devoted to the Quran. He always wants people to live in the light of the Qur’an without enmity, violence, and blaming each other. May the beauty of the Qur’an be revealed in their lives. Avoid all false opinions and give preference to the Qur’an. He is still always busy with his research, studies and writing.

In personal life he lives with his wife, one son and one daughter.
